Q: What times do your sessions start and finish?
A: Breakfast Club 8-8.45 AM 8.45-11.45 Lunch 11.45-12.30 PM 12.30 - 3.30
Q: How much notice do I have to give if I want to change my child's sessions?
A: We ask for 4 weeks notice of session changes, although in some circumstances we are able to offer more flexibility.
Q: Do I have to pay for sessions if my child does not attend?
A: Yes, If your child is booked in for a paid session and does not attend for any reason (e.g. illness, holiday) you will still be invoiced for the session.
Q: How do I register my child?
A: You can call us or visit us at Woodside to complete an enquiry form. We will then check our look at the sessions we have available and see if any of them suit your needs before deciding on a start date for your child.
Q: What does the settling in period entail?
A: We have a settling in period of up to 2 weeks. Your first visit with your child will be an hour long. In this time, your child will have the opportunity to explore the Pre School and play, whilst you fill in the registration forms and contracts. We then suggest that if your child is comfortable, you bring them for an hour in the next session and build up to full sessions from there. We do understand that not all children are the same, and so we adapt the settling sessions to each child and parent.
Q: Why is my child coming home with messy clothes?
A: We believe that messy play is one of the best ways for children to learn. We do advise that you send children in clothes that you don't mind getting marked or stained. If you would like to know more about the benefits of messy play, please speak to a member of staff.
